ReplyDeleteWorst experience in life with this packer. Umesh is the owner who is a blatant liar and a fraud. Booked this useless firm for my house shifting from Delhi to Bangalore on 8th December. It took him 25 days to deliver. First he sends a small vehicle to pick up things, then he does not send enough packing material to pack things. He never answers the calls. And when he answers he lies saying the truck is on its way. In reality the things never left his godown in Dwaraka. Then I had to send someone to check to realise the things were locked up inside since he had not paid rent or the truck drivers salary. The advance amount I had paid was also consumed in his alcohol. Later I had to book another packer from the same location to get my things delivered.
After delivery I get a notice from the RTO delhi saying my scooty which was in this guys custody was challaned for driving without license. This guy had the audacity to use the bike without concent and get it challaned for ₹5000. To top it all my bike was broken when I received it.
